Chicken Tacos -

I used some chicken left over from the slow cooker yesterday. So I took some chicken and shredded it up, threw in in a pan with some some gluten free taco seasoning and some water. Once the water was gone threw it in a taco, added lettuce, salsa, sour cream, cheese and lettuce. Yummy! And super simple for a budget.

You could add some black beans as a side, Throw some cut up tomatos in the taco. Or instead of tacos make nachos. Make sure you are using corn chips that do no use wheat flour.
